In order

  1. Limits. The free plan has them, even if unpublished; a “silent” character may mean a limit.
  2. Age. Entered a date of birth under 18 — part of the content is locked; a guest cannot change it.
  3. App. Update to the latest version; close it completely and open again.
  4. Region. In some countries age verification via Ondato/Yoti is required — provider delays are outside the service's control.
  5. Support. Feedback in the site footer.
