What PolyBuzz and HoneyChat offer

Checked through the iTunes Search and Lookup APIs across the US, UK, German, Turkish, Brazilian and Indian storefronts. The service does not explain the removal anywhere, and we do not know the reason: not verified.
This does not mean the service shut down — the web version works. It means installing from the store is not currently possible, and what the store offers instead has nothing to do with PolyBuzz.

The store answers a plain request with no account needed — substitute any brand:
curl "https://itunes.apple.com/search?term=polybuzz&entity=software&country=us"Look at sellerName: for a genuine app the publisher matches the owner of the service. If the results are all unrelated authors with a few dozen ratings, there is no official app in that storefront.
Why it matters
- A similar name is not the same name. “PollyBuzz” differs by one letter — someone searching the store for PolyBuzz may install and pay for something else entirely.
- APKs from third-party sites. With no official build available, any “polybuzz apk” belongs to someone else: they get your account and conversations.
- A subscription bought in the store earlier is still cancelled there, even though the app has left the listings: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
